Alien Abductions Are Real, but Psychologists Say They’re Just Re-Enacted Dreams
A 27-year-old man named Terrell Copeland said that he had an encounter with aliens; thus, people believed that he is a quirky person.
According to Copeland, he do not want to give more details on the kind of creatures that he saw due to the graphic nature of several things that he have seen and experienced. If you have interesting photos need storing, check out solid state drive vs hard drive.
Tussel and other psychologists are completely convinced, saying that media-generated images of extraterrestrial kidnappings can be easily absorbed into our sub-conscious mind and eventually be clearly re-enacted to our dreams.
Susan Clancy, a psychology researcher from Harvard University, said that aliens are likely to be colour green, have big eyes and triangular head and may carry out sexual or medical experiments on people. Aliens tend to be the same as they appear in the evening to take you in a place, which turns out to be their spaceship.
Richard and Clancy McNally conducted psychological research testing about false memoirs, which is considered to be a common disorder known as sleep paralysis. This disorder explains why several self-proclaimed ‘abductees’ were extremely convinced that what they have experienced is true.
People who experience this disorder think that they will go crazy or that there are real extraterrestrial beings or ghosts living in the unseen realm and walking around them. According to Clancy, these people also think that they are somewhat freaking out.
Some experts say that sleep paralysis happens to a person who feels to be awake while sleeping, but is incapable of moving. This is common to some. Those who suffer from this condition said that during their sleep, they feel completely paralysed. This is similar to what Copeland describes about abductees experiencing the so-called alien life.
Copeland also added that during the time of abduction, he couldn't move his body, except for his eyes, and is totally paralysed.
Clancy also experienced sleep paralysis. She admitted that she felt powerful during that moment and was convinced that her dreams are real.
Clancy stated that she felt a different strength or power at that time. She felt like floating in the air and rotating like a chicken that is being roasted. She also has a feeling that what was happening was real until it suddenly disappeared when she woke up.
However, majority of believers regard their visions as being only a part of their imagination.
The ABC News informed the public that they should eliminate any logical explanation from abductees that claim that their beliefs are real since they are really not true.
Despite the ABC News’ statement, Copeland continues to claim that he is 100% sure about what he said happened during that time. He also doubted that it was only a sleep paralysis.
Copeland can clearly remember where he was and what was he doing, saying that he felt that it was not just a dream
