In Chenango County, in the state of New York, USA, lies the town of North Norwich. Its exact location is 42°36′33″N by 75°30′29″W. It has a total area of 28.2 square miles. 0.04 square miles of it is water. Flowing southward through the town is the Chenango River. It was in 1849 when North Norwich was established from the Town of Norwich's northern part.

In 2000, there were 1,966 people, 532 families, and 727 households in North Norwich. The average family size was 3.06, and 19.5 was the average household size.
